Design Air has consistently provided prompt and efficient service of my heating and cooling systems. They show up when they say they will and their tech are knowledgeable and friendly.
Design Air isn't cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. It may cost a premium but all of my issues have been done right without hassle.
It's easy make an appointment. As soon as I got on line, a live chat was available and took down all the necessary information. We were contacted promptly a short while after to set the time for a visit by a tech. We are quite happy with Bill Y. He showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. He is knowledgeable and offered sound advice about what we needed. After replacing two failed parts, and seeing one replaced part fail immediately, we found that our furnace proved beyond salvage. He reviewed the options for us and set the time for us to replace it. We are quite happy with the service he provided and will not hesitate to go back to them in future.

Seems as if, no matter which technician you send me, he is always clean working, professional, intelligent regarding the product and my upkeep to get the most out of my system. The latest heating repair was answered the next day. The tech John was skilled, able to explain the problem, solutions and options. To top it off he was personable and funny.
I recently used Design Air to replace a 26 year old furnace with a brand spanking new high efficiency furnace. The team at Design Air is top notch. They are very professional, on top of all the details, and very easy to work with. Their work is great. In addition, they also worked with me to insulate some exposed duct work to make sure air flow stayed warm.
Mick arrived within the promised time. He was a great communicator and explained everything that he was doing and prepared me for what I might expect. He rapidly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had the stove working like new. As an added benefit, he demonstrated a sense of humor worthy of a stand-up comic. Highly recommend both Design Air and Mick.
